By adhering to these guidelines, we can maintain a respectful and supportive gaming community.
- Respect Others:
- Treat fellow gamers, staff, and visitors with kindness and consideration. Harassment, discrimination, or aggressive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
- Inclusivity:
- Gamer’s Haven is a safe space for everyone, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or background. All players are welcome and should feel comfortable being themselves.
- Good Sportsmanship:
- Whether you’re winning or losing, be gracious and respectful. Competitive spirit is welcome, but poor sportsmanship, taunting, or unsportsmanlike behavior is not.
- Keep it Clean:
- Please maintain a clean and organized gaming space. After your session, pick up after yourself and leave the area ready for the next group.
- Respect the Property:
- Take care of the equipment, books, miniatures, and any materials provided by Gamer’s Haven. If you borrow or use something, ensure it’s returned in the same condition.
- Follow Event Rules:
- For tournaments, leagues, and events, be sure to follow the specific rules laid out by the organizers. If you have any questions, our staff is here to help.
- Zero Tolerance for Harassment:
- Any form of harassment, including verbal abuse, unwelcome advances, or bullying, will result in immediate removal from the premises. We take this seriously and will take appropriate action to ensure the safety of our community.
- Stay Safe:
- If you see or experience any concerning behavior, please report it to a staff member immediately. We are here to ensure everyone feels safe and supported.
We want you to have the best time you possibly can at Gamers Haven.
However, if having that fun comes at the cost of someone else’s safety, happiness, or comfort, you must stop. Period.
Gamers Haven has a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for harassment of any kind. If you witness or are targeted by harassment, contact any Gamers Haven staff and it will be dealt with directly.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• stalking
• intimidation
• offensive verbal comments
• physical assault and/or battery
• harassing or non-consensual photography
or recording
• sustained disruption of games, workshops,
or other events
• bathroom policing
• inappropriate physical contact
• unwelcome physical attention
In relation to, but not limited to:

• national origin
• gender
• gender identity
• gender presentation
• sexual orientation
• age
• body size
• disability
• appearance
• religion
• citizenship
• pregnancy
